Vibe Coding with Google Firebase Studio

Google has entered the room

After trying Bolt and having so much fun, I’m always racking my brain for new sites to build.

I heard about Google Firebase Studio, and gave it a try today:

It came up with a blueprint quickly:

As my app involves the use of the Gemini API for generative AI usage, I clicked a button to set up the Gemini API endpoint. Then my app was all ready in 2 minutes!

I clicked publish just to see what would be prompted, and I was required to link a Cloud Billing Account:

I don’t really need to publish and host this, so I didn’t proceed further. It’s quite amazing how easily and quickly Google’s Firebase Studio is able to vibe code so easily, and I encourage you to give it a try!
